Founded in September 2015, the company is located in No.2 Industrial Park of alar economic and Technological Development Zone, covering an area of more than 2000 mu. At present, the company's asset scale is 6 billion yuan. It has formed a production scale of 340000 tons of viscose fiber, 80000 tons of pulp and 300000 tons of waste gas to produce acid. Hao Yukai, director of the personnel and enterprise management department of alar Zhongtai Textile Technology Co., Ltd., said: "the total number of employees in our company is nearly 2000. With the resumption of production and work after the year, the company's production capacity is further expanded, and the demand for employment is still increasing. Li Shilong, 22, is the "new comer" of the enterprise. He came to alar from Gansu Province at the end of last year to work as a bath station worker in the second textile and training workshop. He is very satisfied with his current salary. Li Shilong said: "the salary is very good, the accommodation is also very good, I intend to continue to develop here."

Through the "mentoring" of old employees, Li Shilong quickly adapted to the job and mastered the technical essentials. Li Shilong said: "I didn't know anything when I first came here. Now I have mastered the basic operation of this post after being taught by the master."
