The Ningbo Municipal Committee held the preparatory work meeting of "Youth China" 2011 China Youth Fashion Culture Festival. Qian Xuehua, the Deputy Secretary of the Communist Youth League Committee, and the heads of various working departments of the Organizing Committee of fashion culture festival attended the meeting.
